LETS MAKE VODKA A BIT HOT…………WOW

BLOODY MARY

Ingredients:

      - 1 ½ oz vodka

      - 3 oz tomato juice

      - 1 dash lemon juice

      - ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce

      - 2 to 3 drops Tabasco sauce

      - 1 lime wedge

 Methods:

 Use a Cocktails Shaker

 Shake all ingredients with ice except lime wedge and strain into an old-fashioned glass over ice cubes.

 Add salt and pepper to taste.

 Add the wedge of lime and serve.

 

HOME MADE IS………………………. ALWAYS HOME MADE

LEMONADE 

A DRINK WHICH WE ALL CAN HAVE CHILLED

AND SOMETIMES ESSENTIAL FOR MANY COCKTAILS.

INGREDIENTS;

4 TBLSP LEMON JUICE

 1 TSP OF SUPERFINE SUGAR

1 CUP WATER

3-4 ICE CUBES

METHOD;

COMBINE LEMON JUICE AND SUGAR.

STIR UNTIL SUGAR IS DISSOLVED.

ADD WATER AND STIR.

LEMONADE IS READY.

MY COMMENTS;

FOR A FRIZZY LEMONADE YOU CAN SUSTITUTE CLUB SODA FOR WATER.

 

ANOTHER SYRUP …………………BUT NOT SOUR!

ITS CALLED SIMPLE SYRUP BUT IT IS A MUST FOR

 MANY COCKTAILS.

SIMPLE SYRUP IS ALSO KNOWN AS SUGAR SYRUP.

INGREDIENTS;

2 CUPS SYRUP.

1 CUP WATER.

METHOD:

BRING THE WATER TO BOIL.

DISSOLVE THE SUGAR INTO THE BOILING WATER.

WHEN THE SUGAR IS COMPLETELY DISSOLVED,

REMOVE THE PAN FROM THE HEAT.

ALLOW TO COOL.

STRAIN IN A CHEESE CLOTH AND

SUGAR SYRUP IS READY.

SOME INGREDIENTS ARE VERY VERY ESSENTIAL…………….

SWEET AND SOUR MIX.

ALSO KNOWN AS BAR MIX AND SOUR MIX

IT IS AN ESSENTIAL FOR MANY COCKTAILS.

METHOD;

MIX 1 CUP OF HEAVY SUGAR SYRUP WITH

ONE CUP LEMON JUICE

ADD THE WHITES OF 2 EGGS (OPTIONAL)

THIS WILL MAKE THE DRINKS SLIGHTLY FOAMY

THIS WILL ALSO ADJUST THE SUGAR / JUICE RATIO TO

GIVE THE MIX RIGHT BALANCE OF SWEETNESS AND TARTNESS.

LET ME LINGER THE SWEETNESS OF THE NIGHT ……………..YES I WAS

TALKING ABOUT LIQUEURS AND  MY

FAVOURITRE IS BAILEYS.

 IT IS A IRISH CREAM

LIQUEUR.

 

THE INGREDIENTS :

I 3/4 CUPS OF WHISKY

14 OZOF CONDENSED MILK

1/2 PINT OF WHIPPING CREAM

4 EGGS

2 TBSP CHOCOLATE SYRUP

2 TSP OF INSTANT COFFEE

1/2 TSP OF ALMOND EXTRACT.

METHD:

USE A BLENDER AND BLEND ALL INGREDIENTS UNTILL SMOOTH, EXCEPT THE WHISKY.

NOW STIR IN THE WHISKY ( SEE THAT IT DOES NOT CURDLE )

NOW THE BAILEYS IS READY.

KEEP IT TIGHTLY CLOSED IN A REFRIGERATOR

STAYS UPTO ONE MONTH.

HERE WE GO…………………CHEERS!

MOSTLY WE ALL HAVE STARTED WITH THIS DRINK.

YES ITS BEER, BUT NOT THE ONES WE USUALLY HAVE

ITS CALLED GREEN BEER.

LETS GET STARTED,

KEEP A PINT BEER MUG IN THE FREEZER BRING IT OUT WHEN ITS FROSTY

INSIDE THE GLASS IN THE BOTTOM PUT A SHOT OF BLUE CURACAO LIQUEUR OR BLUE CURACAO SYRUP,

NOW FILL THE GLASS WITH LIGHT BEER  AND STIR IT SLOWLY

YOILA……………..WE GET A PINT OF CHILLED A BIT LEMON FLAVOURED GREEN BEER.
