LETS MAKE BANANA ………………………A LIQUOR

Banana Cream Liquor

 Ingredients:

2 ripe bananas, mashed (about 1 c.)

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 ½ c. whiskey

½ c. vodka

¼ c. sweetened condensed milk

½ c. evaporated milk

½ c. 2% or nonfat milK

METHOD

USE  ELECTRIC BLENDER

Blend bananas with vanilla, whiskey and vodka in blender.

Add milks and pulse.

Stir at low speed for 1 minute, use the slowest speed on the blender and turn on-off 8 times or until smooth.

A COFFEE RUM LIQUEUR WITH MANY USE……………………

Tia-Maria Cocktail Recipe

 

INGREDIENTS;

1-cup water

¾ to 1-cup brown sugar

4 tsp powdered coffee

1-cup rum (amber)

4 tsp vanilla extract

 METHOD;

 Boil water, sugar and coffee for 10 minutes and let cool.Add rum and vanilla.

Put in clean bottle(s) and leave for1 week before using.

 IT IS A IRISH CREAM

LIQUEUR.

 

THE INGREDIENTS :

I 3/4 CUPS OF WHISKY

14 OZOF CONDENSED MILK

1/2 PINT OF WHIPPING CREAM

4 EGGS

2 TBSP CHOCOLATE SYRUP

2 TSP OF INSTANT COFFEE

1/2 TSP OF ALMOND EXTRACT.

METHD:

USE A BLENDER AND BLEND ALL INGREDIENTS UNTILL SMOOTH, EXCEPT THE WHISKY.

NOW STIR IN THE WHISKY ( SEE THAT IT DOES NOT CURDLE )

NOW THE BAILEYS IS READY.

KEEP IT TIGHTLY CLOSED IN A REFRIGERATOR

STAYS UPTO ONE MONTH.
